This issue is due to a change that our webhost made in January 2023. To Correct this issue follow these steps:
- Make sure your Master device is up todate (both records and software version)
- Un-Install Ranch Manager Mobile from your iOS device
- Re-Download Ranch Manager Mobile from the App Store
- Re-Register your child device
- Re-Share your project from the Master.
We are sorry about the steps needed to resolve this issue, however due to circumstances out of our control this is the only way to update to the newest version.
